Job Responsibilities
Partner with the Inside Sales Team to facilitate the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call-backs
Build strong customer relationships and follow up on open quotes to close sales
Communicate The Hartford's value proposition and additional coverages to potential clients
Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities effectively
Handle inbound sales calls while balancing outbound communications to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature
Call center experience
Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance
Strong organizational, desk management, and time management skills
Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
