What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call‑backs
Build strong relationships with customers and follow up on open quotes to close sales
Position and sell the employer's value proposition, including various coverages and billing models
Support a high‑performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence
Handle inbound sales calls and balance outbound and email communications to close sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
Goal‑oriented and metric‑focused with outstanding organization and time management skills
Comfort with balancing inbound sales calls and communications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
Experience in a competitive sales environment
Strong computer skills and familiarity with desk management
