What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process by building leads, accepting inbound calls, assigning leads, and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
Build strong relationships with customers and be responsive through various communication channels, including online chat
Communicate sales outcomes effectively to the Inside Sales Team and follow up on open quotes
Promote the employer's value proposition and additional coverages to potential clients
Manage daily work activities confidently while prioritizing tasks effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature and strong desire to win
Call center experience
Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance
Ability to balance inbound sales calls with outbound communications to close sales
Outstanding organization, desk management, time management, and computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
