What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, building leads and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
Prioritize customer relations by being responsive, following up on open quotes, and closing sales
Communicate The Hartford’s value proposition effectively to potential clients
Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities confidently and efficiently
Balance inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications to close sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature and strong desire to win
Call center experience
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
Goal-oriented and metric-focused with outstanding organization and time management skills
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a call center environment
Familiarity with personal or small commercial insurance products
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls
