Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to facilitate the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling follow-ups with small business owners
Foster strong customer relationships by being responsive and following up on open quotes to close sales
Communicate The employer's value proposition effectively, including its history and coverage options
Contribute to a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and efficiency
Balance inbound sales calls with outbound communications to ensure successful sales outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills, along with proficiency in computer usage
Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset

Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
