What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers inside and outside the center with products and services
Utilize smartphone-based technology for managing rentals and inventory
Move and hook up trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment
Answer customer inquiries and educate them regarding products and services
Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
Willingness to participate in safety precautions while working around moving parts or machines
Availability for ongoing education through company training programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or a related field
Familiarity with moving and transportation services
Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
