What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive partner-created sales pipeline and bookings across assigned sales segments

Support the direct sales team in accelerating deals through partner collaboration

Establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Sales Leadership

Lead joint marketing initiatives with partners to generate quantifiable pipeline

Assist leadership in fostering a collaborative and creative work environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of experience in a quota-based sales role or partner channel sales

Proven track record of achieving revenue goals consistently

Strong knowledge of partner enablement, sales, and marketing strategies

Experience working in a recurring revenue or software company

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with Adobe products and technology strategies

Experience in the Systems Integrators/Digital Agencies Consulting model

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
