Responsibilities

Drive partner-created sales pipeline and bookings across assigned sales segments

Support the direct sales team in accelerating deals through partner collaboration

Discover, qualify, and deliver early-stage sales pipeline in coordination with sales and partners

Establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Sales Leadership and partner stakeholders

Lead a team to execute partner pipeline creation and conversion initiatives

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a quota-based sales role or partner channel sales

Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and objectives consistently

Experience in a recurring revenue or software company

Strong understanding of Systems Integrators/Digital Agencies Consulting model

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

Conversant in Adobe products, solutions, and technology strategies

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

High energy level and ability to drive opportunities independently

Demonstrated proactivity and ownership in managing business operations

Willingness to travel as needed
