What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Draft and edit client- and sales-facing materials, including articles, emails, and presentations

Engage with business insurance stakeholders to gather objectives and translate them into marketing recommendations

Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels

Create and update sales materials and playbooks for internal teams

Track campaign KPIs and compile performance summaries to recommend optimizations

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance/property and casualty

Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans effectively

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Comfortable collecting and organizing data for decision-making

Clear verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms

Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Experience in business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
