What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
Develop and implement strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements
Monitor stakeholder feedback and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction
Collaborate with business units to identify pain points and develop product and technology roadmaps
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Business acumen with an understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes
Experience in project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships
Expertise in experience design principles
Familiarity with change management efforts
