Hire, lead, and develop a team of Dermatology Medical Specialists in the assigned district Ensure strong sales performance that exceeds product goals and expectations Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners for transparency and cooperation Develop and retain key personnel to facilitate growth in the commercial organization Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures governing pharmaceutical promotions Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience At least 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in office-based, subcutaneous self-injectable biologic markets Strong understanding of the payer environment, reimbursement, and healthcare systems Proven ability to develop physician/customer clinical experts on a regional level Preferred Qualifications
