Responsibilities

Foster and manage relationships between MMA Technology and key stakeholders, including clients and partners

Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Liaise between Technology and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements

Monitor stakeholder feedback and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field

Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales and Marketing processes

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders

Familiarity with project management methodologies to support initiative delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Expertise in experience design principles
