Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Identify pain points and strategic themes in collaboration with business units Create business and product requirements while maintaining visibility into the integrated technology roadmap Monitor stakeholder feedback and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction What is Required (Qualifications)
Business acumen with an understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes Ability to synthesize insights from large data sets and generate business cases Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships and engaging with stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
