Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams Develop and implement strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships Familiarity with project management methodologies to support the delivery of initiatives How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
