Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Create Business and Product Requirements and maintain visibility into the integrated technology roadmap Monitor stakeholder feedback to drive improvements and customer satisfaction Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes Proficient in business analytics, capable of synthesizing insights from large data sets Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement Familiarity with project management methodologies to support initiative delivery Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships across various functions Expertise in experience design principles to enhance stakeholder interactions Background in change management and leading transitions for new processes Tags
