Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Create Business and Product Requirements while maintaining visibility into the broader integrated technology roadmap Monitor stakeholder feedback and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes Proficiency in synthesizing insights from large data sets to generate business cases Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders Experience in leading change management efforts and familiarity with project management methodologies Preferred Qualifications
