Responsibilities
Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs
Create Business and Product Requirements while maintaining visibility into the broader integrated technology roadmap
Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field
Understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes, with the ability to identify gaps and improvements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders at various levels
Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships across functions
Familiarity with project management methodologies to support successful initiative delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Expertise in experience design principles for engaging stakeholder interactions
Experience in leading change management efforts for new processes and initiatives
