What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements Monitor stakeholder feedback to implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
