Responsibilities
Foster and manage relationships between the employer's technology team and key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
Partner with business units to identify pain points and develop product and technology roadmaps
Liaise between technology and business teams to create business and product requirements
Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems and product management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Expertise in experience design principles
