What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing

Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts and assigned budgets

Build and maintain relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff

Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement strategic business plans

Manage time effectively to ensure optimal coverage of physician targets through in-person and virtual discussions

What is Required (Qualifications)

BS/BA degree required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales

Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role

Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Product launch experience is a plus

Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders

Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools

Marketing and commercial experience with understanding of financial processes

Ability to analyze and convey complex information effectively
