What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Drive sales performance and manage sales forecasts to meet or exceed expectations
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement local strategies and business plans to enhance sales performance in the assigned territory
Leverage emerging technologies and tools to improve sales effectiveness and performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales experience
Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Product launch experience is a plus
Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools
Marketing and commercial experience with an understanding of financial processes
Knowledge of the regulatory environment within the biotech/pharma industry
