What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support appropriate prescribing
Drive sales performance by developing and implementing strategic business plans
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to enhance product utilization and sales
Manage territory effectively to meet or exceed sales forecasts and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related sales
Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory
Experience with product launches and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in Veeva CRM and other sales management tools
Background in clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations
Previous experience in project management and market access
