Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device, ensuring high levels of customer service Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions Analyze data insights to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact Collaborate with internal teams and field sales to facilitate patient lead progression Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback for enhancing sales operations What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree 0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or related fields (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diabetes, or consumer products) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong influencing, listening, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree Knowledge and understanding of the managed care industry Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems Knowledge of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
