What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the patient onboarding process, guiding them from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
Track and document patient progress in the sales pipeline
Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact
Address customer inquiries by leveraging comprehensive product knowledge
Collaborate with field sales and reimbursement teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
