What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers

Answer questions from prospective customers regarding services

Build rapport and handle objections during calls

Close pest control sales over the phone and schedule initial services

Manage customer relationships to ensure excellent service and identify upselling opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales

Completion of a Culture Index assessment

Verification of internet speed with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 50 mbps upload

Must have an appropriate workspace at home, free of distractions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in a call center environment

Familiarity with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a high-volume sales role

Demonstrated time management and task prioritization skills
