What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead, develop, and retain Dermatology Medical Specialists within the assigned district
Ensure strong sales performance that exceeds product goals and expectations
Collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners for effective operations
Develop physician/customer clinical experts within a regional scope
Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures governing pharmaceutical promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred
Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
At least 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in office-based, sub‑cutaneous self‑injectable biologic markets
Strong understanding of the payer environment and challenges in the healthcare system
Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing top talent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the Dermatology market
Focused degree in science or relevant clinical experience
Successful leadership record in complex markets
Ability to travel extensively within local and regional areas
