What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Drive sales performance, ensuring forecasts and budgets meet or exceed expectations
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance sales effectiveness in the assigned territory
Anticipate barriers to achieving sales goals and propose solutions for success
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to manage multiple clients independently and effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Product launch experience
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools
Experience in marketing or commercial roles within the biotech/pharma industry
Knowledge of financial processes and regulatory environments
