What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding services and build rapport
Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial service appointments
Manage customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and identify cross-selling opportunities
Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales in a call center environment
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed, with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 50 mbps upload
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high-volume role
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
