What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide top-notch customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
Answer inquiries regarding pest control services and build rapport with customers
Close sales over the phone and schedule initial service appointments
Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities
Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a direct sales or phone sales environment
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 50 mbps upload
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a call center environment
Familiarity with basic computer skills and various web-based applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a high-volume role
Strong time management and prioritization skills
