What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
Answer questions regarding pest control services and build rapport with customers
Close sales over the phone and schedule initial service appointments
Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service while identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and maintain engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed, with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 50 mbps upload
Ability to create an appropriate workspace at home that is distraction-free
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with various software and web-based applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in a high-volume sales environment
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
