What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding services offered
Build rapport and handle objections during calls to successfully close sales
Manage customer relationships to ensure high-quality service and identify upselling opportunities
Support the field's peak season by working remotely from your home office
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of sales experience; direct sales/phone sales preferred
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed, with a minimum of 100 mbps download/50 mbps upload
Ability to create an appropriate workspace in your home, free of distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a call center environment
Familiarity with various software and web-based applications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
