What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers

Answer questions regarding services and build rapport while handling objections

Close pest control sales over the phone and schedule initial services

Manage customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and identify cross‑selling/up‑selling opportunities

Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center

Successful completion of a Culture Index assessment

Verification of internet speed with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 50 mbps upload

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with basic computer skills in various software and web‑based applications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Comfortable working in a high‑volume sales environment

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
