Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of sales experience; direct sales or phone sales in a call center environment preferred
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed meeting specified requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with gamification methods or performance measurement tools
Familiarity with various software and web‑based applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high‑volume sales environment
