Manage customer relationships to ensure high-quality service and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Utilize gamification methods to enhance performance and engagement.
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED.
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment.
Completion of a Culture Index assessment.
Verification of internet speed with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 50 mbps upload.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with basic computer proficiency.

Experience in a high-volume sales environment.
Familiarity with various software and web‑based applications.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
