What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, maintaining high-level executive relationships
Sell products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and rapid account growth
Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing competitive threats proactively
Prepare and present formal proposals to all organizational levels, leading negotiations and closing deals
Develop and maintain detailed account profiles and sales forecasts, coordinating account strategy with support teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of direct work experience in a relevant environment
BA/BS degree preferred
Strong negotiation, solution selling, and presentation skills
Ability to effectively lead teams, prioritize workload, and manage sales pipelines
Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably those of the employer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Internet-related software or systems
Proven ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment
Advanced client interfacing and customer-focused approach
Strong influencing skills and ability to leverage internal resources
Demonstrated success in developing creative technical solutions
