What is Required
1–3 years of experience in digital journalism, web producing, or content creation Proven experience writing and editing online content, including articles and social copy Familiarity with CMS publishing tools and basic image editing software Working knowledge of SEO, tagging, and content optimization best practices Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience is acceptable

Strong writing and editing skills with sound editorial judgment A genuine love of news, current events, and cultural conversation Experience publishing or promoting content on social media platforms Multimedia-first mindset with an understanding of journalism across various channels Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
