As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering fast and friendly service while assisting customers in fulfilling their needs. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our products through various tools and resources, enabling you to effectively recommend and close sales. Key responsibilities include: Greet and qualify customers to assess their needs. Offer assistance in your department and adjacent areas to provide comprehensive support. Maintain assigned areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety policies and procedures to create a secure working and shopping environment. Collaborate with Department Supervisor and colleagues across departments. Join us in one of several store departments, which may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, or Tool Rental.
