What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services

Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages

Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system

Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and promote the benefits of switching services

Solve problems proactively to encourage customer commitment

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proactive approach to customer interactions

Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred

Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales

3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training

Associate's degree or higher preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in sales or customer service roles

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
