
Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
Engage proactively with customers to encourage commitment and resolve any issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a customer service role within a telecommunications or related industry
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
A strong understanding of broadband, phone, and cable services
