What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Enter customer data accurately into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate service value
Problem-solve and encourage customer commitment to enhance sales
What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to customer engagement and sales
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong communication skills to direct conversations and close sales
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales-oriented role within a telecommunications or service industry
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar customer relationship management systems
Strong ability to build rapport with clients and tailor communications to their needs
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
