What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services that meet their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present telecommunications packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales-oriented role
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar customer relationship management systems
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
Strong interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
