What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages

Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering data into the SalesForce system

Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about services

Problem-solve and encourage customers to make decisions that benefit their business needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

A proactive approach to customer engagement

Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred

Ability to direct conversations effectively and close sales

Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training

Associate's degree or higher preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a sales role with a focus on customer service

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
