What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to promote communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate service benefits
Engage in proactive problem‑solving to encourage customer commitment
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to customer interactions
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales‑oriented role
Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
