What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
Problem-solve and encourage customer commitments to enhance business relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training required
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales-oriented role with a focus on customer service
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment
