What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Follow up with current customers to ensure their satisfaction and upsell additional services

Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages

Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system

Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers and demonstrate the benefits of switching services

Problem‑solve and encourage customers to commit to services

What is Required (Qualifications)

Three to six months of related experience and/or training

Outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred

Ability to direct conversations and close sales

A proactive approach to customer interactions

High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in customer service or sales roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems

Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to adapt to changing customer needs
