What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
Engage in problem-solving to encourage customer commitments and find suitable solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
A proactive approach to customer engagement
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with SalesForce or similar CRM software
