What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to problem solving and encouraging customer commitment
Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a telemarketing or call center environment
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous outbound telemarketing experience is preferred
Demonstrated ability to tailor communications to address customer needs effectively
Experience in customer service roles that emphasize empathy and respect
