What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Proactive approach to problem-solving and encouraging customer commitment
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer-facing sales role
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience in the telecommunications industry
