What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate service value
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach with problem-solving skills to encourage customer commitment
Three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
