Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services Make outbound calls to engage potential business customers and present communication packages Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering data into the SalesForce system Utilize expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to customer engagement Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center preferred Ability to direct conversations and close sales 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training Preference for candidates with an Associate's degree or higher How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
